Racket:Nx was designed from the ground up to be exciting to WATCH and to HEAR.

The “Nx” in Racket:Nx is for WAVES Nx, the incredible “3D” sound technology that drives the music and play sounds.

From the whack of the racquet when it hits the ball to the wild sounds that the ball makes when it hits the Play Dome walls, the player and the audience are washed with killer sound.

And the players’ sounds change AS THEY MOVE THEIR HEADS, so they have spacial “presence” through their ears as well as their eyes.

Add to this the fact that players can choose their own music, and we have crazy variety and personality with every game.

The genius designers at One Hamsa, the developer. had no idea that their game might play to millions of fans watching.

But those fans will love it.

This short [4:30] multiplayer match sequence features one of the best players in the world: “Boz” Boztizch.

You’ll see the look “inside” the game.

Each player is coloured, blue or orange, and the colour of the ball changes to match them when it’s their turn to hit.

The score starts at 500 points for each player. Each point scored by the blue player reduces the orange player’s score by the same amount.

So, it’s a kind of tug of war.

The goal is to get to 1000 points.

Words matter… especially when they’re expertly and enthusiastically “calling” a Racket:Nx match.

This player is doing just that AS he’s playing!

You’ll hear him referring the ball going into a “Portal,” which is an opening in the Play Dome wall into which the ball can disappear, only to randomly re-appear from another one.

He gets his butt kicked by a Racket:Nx developer, but he has as much fun as you will have listening to him.

This is made for broadcasting.

[This match is in an earlier version of the game, which starts at 50 points per player, with the goal to get to 100 first.]

This is a quick, up-close look at a few hits around the Play Dome and a quick game summary… with great sound.

I think we’re on to something here…
