Winner: 2019 Tennis Industry Association Innovation Challenge

In January, 2019, I presented a five minute finalist pitch to a very distinguished panel of judges for the Tennis Industry Association’s Innovation Challenge.

That panel [below] included Stacey Allaster, Chief Executive, Professional Tennis, of the United States Tennis Association [USTA].

I won.

This is the video [6:46] of that presentation and my award.

The Virtual Sports Association is dedicated to the application of technology – particularly Virtual Reality – to sport.

We believe that the worlds of sport and society are going through transformational changes with which we can far extend the reach and increase the impact of sport.

We are committed to the ideals of Olympism, not only for their benefits to sport but their beneficial impacts on society at large.

We often refer to our effort as Olympic Virtual Sport, in part because we aspire to enter the Olympic Program, but primarily because of our allegiance to the values of Olympism, including non-violence and athleticism.

We marry existing hardware and game technology to the rigors and requirements of international sport.

Our commitment to Olympic values informs everything that we do, from the programs that we support to the partners that we seek.

Virtual Reality… Real Sport.
